Kevan is a long time resident of Peterborough, ON. He attended both high school and university in Peterborough. He and Roberta have four daughters – Connie (Brad), Jennifer (Adam), Christine and Rebecca (TJ) and three grandchildren – Sebastian, Leighton and Bella. He has been and is involved in the community through Rotary, Canadian Mental Health Association, volunteer boards at Trent University, Peterborough Regional Health Centre and Peterborough Advocis, to name a few. After graduating with a B.A. in Economics, Chris started his career in his home town of London as a day trader. However, his heart strings pulled him to Peterborough to be close to his then girlfriend, Sarah.
He joined Herod Financial Services as our investment administrator supporting Kevan. Chris’s specialty is financial analysis and he is a tremendous asset in the analysis and development of investment portfolios. His detailed insight is invaluable to many of our established clients who are working with more sophisticated financial vehicles. Chris also enjoys working with young people helping them establish their financial future.
Chris and Sarah recently bought a home in Peterborough. They enjoy camping and are finding the joys of home ownership take up the rest of their time.

Roberta joined Herod Financial Services in 2003. Today, she handles most of the “behind the scenes” issues – HR, purchasing, marketing, vendor liaison, and technology.
She spent the first part of her career in the “rag trade” as a fabric artist, then moved to sales with Canon Canada and GM. Ten years with the Ontario government fine-tuned computer and organizational skills.
Roberta was raised in Peterborough. She attended the University of Western Ontario and Sir Sandford Fleming College. She is an avid reader, traveler and “paper artist”. When not at work, she can be found on with her grandchildren or Phoenix, her beloved black lab or volunteering with Peterborough Kawartha or the CMHA-HKPR. Christina joined our team as the Office Manager and Marketing Assistant at our Peterborough location in March of 2019. She came to us with 22 years of retail banking experience at RBC and an indepth understanding of the financial services field. Christina has taken her last 5 years of experience at RBC as the Manager of Client Care, with the primary focus on the client experience, satisfaction and administration and applying the lessons learned to Herod Financial services.
While growing up in Ennismore, Christina attend TASS. She is the mother of 2 (her daughter works in the Lakefield office of Herod Financial Services) and grandmother to 2 boys. Her hobbies include swimming, gardening, reading, travelling, cooking and baking. The team at Herod Financial Services is always happy to be the recipient of Christina’s outstanding baking. Yum.

She brings with her many years of customer service experience and a desire to learn. Megan is looking forward to furthering her education while with us. With previous schooling in Medical Office Assisting, Megan will be transferring the skills she attained there and putting them to use here while providing our clients with a compassionate and positive attitude!
She was born in Kitchener but moved to Peterborough at a very young age and now is raising her two sons, Christopher and Nicholas, here. They enjoy being an active family that goes out for regular hikes and cycling, as well as travelling from arena to arena during various sporting seasons.
